Senior International Controller

• Education: University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related area (a postgraduate degree or MBA will be valued).

As a Senior International Controller, you will belong to the International Finance unit of SEIDOR.

In this unit, we are responsible for guaranteeing rigorous compliance with tax and accounting regulations of our subsidiaries. Additionally, we consolidate and standardize the group's economic and financial information, aligning ourselves with international accounting standards and generally accepted accounting principles, thereby ensuring transparent and efficient management of financial resources.

You will be responsible for the supervision and management of the financial operations of different international subsidiaries of the Group. This role involves monitoring the business at a local level, reviewing economic reports (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Budget, and Cash Flow), analyzing implemented internal controls, and consolidating financial reports for the Group.

Your duties will be:

• You will review and consolidate the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports of the different subsidiaries.
• You will guarantee the accuracy and compliance with international accounting and tax regulations, as well as the Group's accounting regulations.
• You will coordinate the financial planning and budgeting process at a local level (per country).
• You will analyze and compare actual results against budgeted ones, identifying and analyzing deviations.
• You will review financial policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and security of financial information.
• You will perform internal audits to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• You will provide financial and operational analysis to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• You will supervise and mentor the financial teams in each country.
• You will foster a collaborative and educational work environment that promotes the professional development of the team.
• You will act as a liaison between global financial management and the subsidiaries, facilitating communication and the exchange of information.
• You will collaborate with external auditors and other advisors in the review of financial statements and controls.
