Our consulting work is based on two fundamental functions, with the main objective being to work to connect good professional opportunities in Galicia with good professionals interested in working in the area, always placing people, both candidates and clients, at the center, and providing them with trust, closeness, and professionalism:

*Business development*

• Searching for professional opportunities (vacancies/positions/job openings) in Galician companies, meeting with them to understand their needs, advising them, and being able to offer them the best professionals from here, leading the recruitment process yourself if they match the profile you manage (engineers and technicians) or with specialized colleagues within the team.

*Selection*

• Searching for professionals, in this case, in the engineering and technical area who fit the requirements of the client company.
• Identifying and attracting qualified talent using good recruitment tools and strategies.
• Conducting interviews to select the best candidates, advising them on everything they need, and accompanying them through the change toward a new professional opportunity, presenting them to interested clients and managing the entire process until their onboarding and follow-up.

• University education.
• Experience or a strong vocation for business development, that is, a commercial drive to seek professional opportunities (recruitment processes) in Galicia, connecting with company executives who may need our services.
• Highly valued B2B commercial experience and experience in consultative sales.
• A liking for people, with communication skills and empathy.
• Clear results orientation and a high capacity for both individual and team work.
• Proactive attitude and a desire to grow in a merit-based environment.
• Availability to reside in the Vigo area.
