What we're looking for

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance and Accounting, or similar.
Professional experience of +3 years in controlling, financial analysis, auditing, finance, or similar positions.
Minimum B2 English, essential, with the ability to operate in both meetings and written communications.
Advanced level of Excel.
Knowledge and experience with Power BI.
Analytical skills and results orientation.
Attention to detail and rigor in the handling of information.
Ability to work with different sources of information and transform data into useful analyses for the business.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Permanent contract.
Salary between €30,000 and €40,000 gross per year.
Flexible start and end times (8-17h). Fridays until 14:30h.

The role

An important company located near Ibi (Alicante) is looking for a Management Controller (FP&A) with at least 3-5 years of experience in similar positions. Experience in the industrial sector and an advanced level of English and Excel will be necessary.

What you'll do

Preparation and monitoring of periodic financial reporting.
Analysis of results and deviations regarding the budget and forecasts.
Support in the preparation, monitoring, and updating of the annual budget.
Analysis and monitoring of costs and economic and operational indicators.
Preparation of reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making.
Collection, analysis, and validation of financial information from different areas.
Participation in monthly closing processes and results analysis.
Monitoring of financial KPIs and preparation of specific analyses.
Support to the Financial Controller / Finance Manager in different projects and needs of the area.
Preparation of information and reporting for the corporate organization and the group.
Participation in the improvement and automation of reporting and analysis processes using Excel, Power BI, and ERP.
