Requirements:

- Solid experience in management control / P&L controlling, ideally in a services or consulting company.

- Experience in team management, including in distributed mode (onshore/offshore).

- Good proficiency in SAP; knowledge of reporting/BI tools will be valued.

- Higher education in finance / management control.

- English C1; Spanish at a professional level.

- A Manager profile is required.

The role

At Iman Temporing Fuenlabrada, we are looking for a Financial Controller to supervise, analyze, and control the company's financial information.

What you'll do

Responsibilities:

- Management of the country's P&L (€70M turnover): forecast, budget, monthly closings, and variance analysis.

- Establishment and monitoring of standard costs.

- Cash management: monitoring of Accounts Receivable and WIP (work in progress), collection actions.

- Preparation of management dashboards (business review) and ad hoc analysis for management.

- Direct management of a team of 2 people in a distributed mode (onshore Spain / offshore India).

- Proficiency and use of SAP in all management control processes.

- Cross-functional collaboration with the financial ecosystem (other countries, ESS, Group Finance) and local operational teams.

- Guaranteeing compliance with financial processes and the reliability of reporting.

How you'll work

Location: Remote work with office attendance 2 days per week in Las Tablas, Madrid.

- 40-hour work week provided from Monday to Friday (schedule to be defined).

- Initial contract via ETT (temporary agency) for maternity leave replacement (approximately 1 year estimated duration), with the possibility of further renewals.
