The selected candidate will join as Technical Director with responsibility for quality, regulatory compliance, and product release.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all production processes.
  • Release product batches manufactured in accordance with current regulations.

  • Ensure proper maintenance of technical documentation and medicinal product records.
  • Supervise quality control processes: raw materials, in-process product, and finished product.
  • Participate in validations, revalidations, and continuous process improvement.
  • Manage pharmacovigilance and communication with health authorities.
  • Notify batch recalls and relevant modifications to the competent authorities.
  • Approve technical-pharmaceutical documentation and provide support for medicinal product registrations.
  • Ensure compliance with authorized specifications for each product.
  • Supervise the quality team (laboratory analysts).
  • Drive the professionalization of the department, including the implementation of quality management systems.
  • Collaborate on regulatory audits and inspections.
