The role

We are looking for a Purchasing Manager with experience in an industrial environment, who will lead the company's purchasing strategy in a highly competitive landscape regarding suppliers and resources.

What you'll do

Reporting to Management, the selected candidate will assume the following responsibilities:

Design and execute the purchasing strategy to ensure efficiency and cost optimization.
Oversee supplier management, ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery deadlines.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with key suppliers.
Collaborate with other departments to identify needs and coordinate acquisitions.
Analyze market trends and evaluate new supply opportunities.
Implement tools and systems to improve supply chain processes.
Oversee the purchasing department budget and ensure compliance.
Lead and develop a team of professionals in the purchasing area.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
Proven experience in purchasing management, preferably in the industrial/technical sector.
Advanced knowledge in negotiation and management of strategic suppliers.
Ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
High level of English, both spoken and written.
Analytical skills and results orientation.
