The role
At MC Headhunting, we are looking for a Purchasing Director for a multinational in the recycling sector located in Granollers:
What you'll do
- Develop and execute sales strategies in accordance with company objectives to accelerate growth.
- Develop a pricing and commercial incentive policy (trade-ins, discounts, co-investment, etc.)
- Purchasing planning.
- Experience in negotiation, knowledge of logistics.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in third-party companies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
- Prepare the budget and commercial objectives per client and supervise their performance (Sales forecasting, marketing budget, product margin, PoS, etc.).
- Provide periodic sales reports and updates to the management team.
- Attend trade fairs.
- Managing teams.
How you'll work
- Flexible hours, flexible start time between 7:00 and 9:00, finish time depending on start time from Monday to Thursday, intensive Friday.
- Teleworking.
OTHER
- Knowledge of solar energy and logistics is valued.
