Factory Manager

We are looking for a Factory Manager with experience in industrial environments to lead production operations, manage teams, and ensure compliance with production, quality, and safety objectives. The selected person will play a key role in process optimization, maintenance coordination, and the continuous improvement of a growing plant undergoing modernization.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the daily operations of the factory.
• Manage production to guarantee compliance with volume, quality, cost, and deadline objectives.
• Lead and coordinate a team of approximately 30 people, organizing shifts and resources efficiently.
• Supervise the maintenance and quality managers, ensuring adequate coordination between areas.
• Manage operational and labor incidents, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor production, performance, and efficiency indicators.
• Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of the machinery.
• Manage breakdowns and minimize plant downtime.
• Control raw material stock and ensure the availability of resources.
• Prepare reports on production, consumption, costs, and operational performance.
• Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives and the optimization of production processes.
• Maintain contact with customers when necessary to guarantee the correct development of operational activity.
• Coordinate with the Occupational Risk Prevention area to ensure compliance with current regulations.

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Technical Engineering or similar training.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in responsibility positions within industrial or production environments.
• Experience in team management, production planning, and shift organization.
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance and production process control.
• Regular use of office software tools.
• Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Communication and coordination skills with different areas of the company.
