Process Engineer

The position of Process Engineer in Factory is key to optimizing and supervising production processes in our plant, ensuring quality and efficiency in production. Responsibilities include:

• Designing, implementing, and monitoring production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Performing process analyses and proposing continuous improvements using methodologies such as LEAN MANUFACTURING.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• Managing and coordinating projects aimed at the implementation of new technologies and production improvements.
• Training and leading personnel in the proper use of established tools and processes.
• Ensuring compliance with production and delivery deadlines by effectively managing resources.
• Resolving operational problems in the production process in an agile and efficient manner.
