Industrial Mechanical Workshop Manager

We are looking for an Industrial Mechanical Workshop Manager to join a well-established industrial company located in the Maresme area. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the mechanical manufacturing area, leading the production team and ensuring compliance with quality, safety and efficiency standards.

What will your mission be?

Organise, coordinate and supervise the day-to-day activity of the workshop, ensuring the proper functioning of production processes, team management and achievement of manufacturing objectives.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

-Organise and distribute workshop workloads.

-Coordinate and supervise the team of operators.

-Monitor manufacturing orders, materials and production.

-Supervise tools, machinery, tooling and technical documentation.

-Coordinate the assembly of prototypes and pre-series.

-Verify that manufactured parts meet the required technical specifications, tolerances and finishes.

-Collaborate with Production Engineering on continuous process improvement.

-Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and instruments.

-Ensure compliance with safety, quality, order and cleanliness standards.

-Manage incidents, permits and the needs of staff under your charge.

-Prepare monitoring and production reports.

Working hours from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.

Vocational training in Mechanical Manufacturing, Industrial Master Craftsman or similar.

Previous experience in mechanical manufacturing or metal transformation workshops.

Experience in coordinating and managing production teams.

Knowledge of sheet metal transformation, cutting, bending and MIG/TIG welding.

Experience with punching machines, fibre lasers, press brakes, presses and workshop machinery.

Ability to read technical drawings.

Knowledge of CAD/CAM tools and computer systems.

A profile with leadership, organisational skills, initiative and a results-oriented approach.

Buscamos un/a Encargado/a de Taller Mecánico Industrial para incorporarse a una empresa industrial consolidada ubicada en la zona del Maresme. La persona seleccionada será responsable de coordinar el área de fabricación mecánica, liderando al equipo de producción y garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y eficiencia.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Organizar, coordinar y supervisar la actividad diaria del taller, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de los procesos productivos, la gestión del equipo y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de fabricación.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

-Organizar y distribuir las cargas de trabajo del taller.

-Coordinar y supervisar al equipo de operarios/as.

-Realizar el seguimiento de órdenes de fabricación, materiales y producción.

-Supervisar herramientas, maquinaria, utillajes y documentación técnica.

-Coordinar el montaje de prototipos y preseries.

-Verificar que las piezas fabricadas cumplen con las especificaciones técnicas, tolerancias y acabados requeridos.

-Colaborar con Ingeniería de Producción en la mejora continua de procesos.

-Asegurar el mantenimiento preventivo de maquinaria e instrumentos.

-Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad, calidad, orden y limpieza.

-Gestionar incidencias, permisos y necesidades del personal a cargo.

-Elaborar informes de seguimiento y producción.

Contrato indefinido.

Horario de lunes a jueves de 8:00 a 17:45 h y viernes de 8:00 a 14:15 h.

Formación Profesional en Fabricación Mecánica, Maestro/a Industrial o similar.

Experiencia previa en talleres de fabricación mecánica o transformación metálica.

Experiencia en coordinación y gestión de equipos productivos.

Conocimientos en transformación de chapa, corte, plegado y soldadura MIG/TIG.

Experiencia con punzonadoras, láser de fibra, plegadoras, prensas y maquinaria de taller.

Capacidad para interpretar planos técnicos.

Conocimientos de herramientas CAD/CAM y sistemas informáticos.

Perfil con liderazgo, capacidad organizativa, iniciativa y orientación a resultados.
