What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.

The role

We are looking for a Site Manager profile, RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION, to work in a family-owned company that has experienced exponential growth in recent years.

What you'll do

Management and Direct Execution: On-site supervision of all construction phases, from initial works (excavation, foundations, drainage) to the execution of structures, facades, and final finishes.
Team Coordination: Leadership and control of construction workers (skilled tradesmen, foremen, laborers) and subcontractors, ensuring that work is carried out according to the required deadlines and standards.
Logistics Control: Management of material supply, machinery entry, and daily provisioning, avoiding interruptions in the construction workflow.

Communication with Management: Maintaining fluid and constant communication with the Project Manager. This collaboration is critical, as the Site Manager provides the operational perspective and the Project Manager the strategic one; both are responsible for "moving the project forward."

Safety and Quality Compliance: Active monitoring of compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) regulations and order on the construction site.
