• Valid type B driver's license.
• Availability to perform on-call duties and work in a shift system.

Operations and Services Manager - Santander, Cantabria.

At Temporal Quality we are selecting an Operations and Services Manager to join a company in the maritime and logistics sector located in Santander.

You will be the main link between clients, suppliers, and the operations team, ensuring that each requested service is managed efficiently and within the established quality standards.

You will receive training to learn our systems, clients, suppliers, and internal operations, with the aim of fully integrating into the team and developing your activity with autonomy.

• Manage service requests received from clients via email and other communication channels.
• Coordinate the execution of services using internal resources and external suppliers.
• Monitor operations and resolve incidents in an agile and effective manner.
• Maintain smooth communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Optimize resource planning to guarantee service quality.
• Participate in coordination and monitoring meetings.
• Propose improvements in processes and operating procedures.

This is a position with an approximate distribution of:

• 70% administrative tasks
• 30% operational tasks
• Email management.
• Use of internal management software.
• Document management.
• Customer service and follow-up.
• Transfers and errands using a company vehicle.
• Access to vessels for the collection and signing of documentation.
• Reception, identification, and labeling of goods in the warehouse.
• Support in operational tasks linked to the service.
