Our client is looking to bring in a Winemaker to strengthen the Technical Department, as a result of the Group's organizational evolution and the increased technical needs arising from the company's growth.

What you'll do

* Participate in the wine production processes and progressively take on responsibilities for a production unit.

*Monitor fermentations and actively collaborate during the harvest.

*Interpret analytical and microbiological results, managing aspects related to stability, filterability, and oxygen control.

*Prepare wines for tasting and participate in technical tastings for monitoring and evaluation.

*Collaborate on audits, traceability, quality procedures, and food safety.

*Participate in R&D&I projects, technical trials, and the development of new oenological methodologies.

*Drive continuous improvement initiatives, sustainability, certifications, and process digitalization.

*Work cross-functionally with Production, Viticulture, and Purchasing, and provide technical support whenever needed at any production winery.

What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

*Minimum of 5-8 years of experience taking responsibility for oenology work in wineries producing high-value wines.

*Experience in production at quality wineries.
