The role

We are looking for a Plant Manager for the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a medium-sized production plant and will later return to headquarters in Spain.

Leading the operations of one of the plants in Mexico

What you'll do

Leading the industrialization processes, ensuring their correct implementation.
Planning and managing continuous improvement projects at the production plant.
Coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize processes.
Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards in operations.
Collaborating in the definition and execution of production strategies.
Supervising the implementation of new technologies and machinery at the plant.
Proposing innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) in production processes.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Degree in engineering or a related field.
Previous experience in the industrial sector in Mexico is highly valued.
Knowledge of industrialization processes and continuous improvement.
Skills in leading teams and managing projects.
Results-oriented with the ability to solve technical problems.
Currently available for expatriation.
