What we're looking for

Financial Manager - Barcelona, requires:

University degree related to economic-business management.
Training in data analysis / business intelligence is valued.
Training in cultural project management is valued. Economic management: budgets, economic monitoring, invoicing, supplier contracts, etc.
Data analysis and exploitation, and the preparation of reports and dashboards.
Managing relationships and negotiations with suppliers.
Writing of reports and executive presentations.
Experience in the economic planning and management of projects in the cultural field will be valued.
Experience in the management of cultural centers or public institutions will be valued.
Proficiency in office software and accustomed to working with CRMs and ERPs.

The role

We are looking for a Financial Manager - Barcelona. This is a key position to guarantee the smooth operational, economic, and organizational functioning of the center, and to ensure that its cultural activity is developed with maximum quality, efficiency, and strategic alignment.

What you'll do

Financial Manager - Barcelona, will be responsible for:

Leading the analysis of the center's operational and audience data, guaranteeing the reliability of the registration systems, and ensuring that the generated information is useful, coherent, and available for daily management.
Transforming the center's data into knowledge, preparing analyses and proposals that support decision-making, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that optimize processes and organizational efficiency.
Leading the economic and administrative management of the center, including budget, projects, invoicing, contracts, and supplier coordination, and guaranteeing efficient and well-structured management that supports the strategic plan and allows the center's cultural experience to develop under the best conditions.
Working transversally with the center's team and different areas, and guaranteeing clear communication and effective coordination that allow for fluid collaboration aligned with the center's objectives.
Participating in the representation of the center and supporting the organization and development of its activities, collaborating in the assistance to speakers and guests, and, when necessary, occasionally intervening in the presentation of ceremonies or special events.
Representation duties and/or public presentations.
Integration of new digital tools, including the use of artificial intelligence-based solutions in daily operations.
