The role
At MC Headhunting, we are looking for a FINANCE AND PROJECT MANAGER for an important multinational in the Pharmaceutical sector located on the outskirts of Barcelona:
What you'll do
- Guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and prepare financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
- Application of internal control.
- Coordination with auditors during financial audits.
- Knowledge of Budgets and cash flow projections and driver analysis.
- Experience in post-acquisition integrations.
- Develop and apply general sourcing strategies in close collaboration with Group stakeholders.
- Guarantee the presentation of Group reports on purchasing and the calculation of savings.
- Improve cost savings and price-volume-mix analysis and implement data analysis and reporting tools to support the strategic decisions of business leaders.
PAYROLL /HR administration
- Support the implementation of payroll and the deployment of a payroll project.
- Establish payroll processes from scratch by describing tasks and controls, designing the functional flow between business lines and the service center.
