Reception and analysis of breakdown or incident reports forwarded by the property management team to the specialized department.

Comprehensive management of the operations associated with the properties (boiler breakdowns, automatic door failures, structural incidents, utilities, and any requirement reported by the building owners).

Constant contact and direct coordination with suppliers, repair technicians, and maintenance companies to expedite interventions.

Monitoring the status of each case from its opening until the confirmation of the definitive solution by the client or owner.

Detailed recording of actions and constant updating of the maintenance history within the corporate management system.
