🎯 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Draft and publish job postings across relevant platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Conduct candidate interviews and assess skills, experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Partner with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate attraction strategies.
Stay informed about market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
