The role

A leading company in the mobility and technology sector is looking to hire a Head of Strategic Fleet Partnerships to lead a new growth vertical with a direct impact on the national business strategy.

What you'll do

The mission of this position will be to design, develop, and scale an ecosystem of external partners that allows the company to accelerate growth through strategic alliances with independent operators and professional fleets.

We are looking for a person with a business vision, experience in mobility or logistics environments, and the ability to combine strategy, business development, and operational excellence.

Main responsibilities

  • Define and implement the growth strategy for the partner network at a national level.
  • Identify, attract, and develop long-term relationships with operators and fleet owners with high growth potential.
  • Design collaboration models, incentives, and commercial agreements that generate sustainable value for both parties.
  • Evolve the partnership model from a transactional relationship toward true strategic collaboration.
  • Analyze the operational and financial performance of partners to identify opportunities for improvement and scalability.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at maximizing the efficiency, profitability, and operational quality of the collaborator network.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, product, strategy, and commercial teams to ensure the correct execution of growth plans.
  • Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
  • Drive the adoption of technological tools, automation, and data-driven solutions to optimize the partner experience.
  • Assume responsibility for key business indicators and actively contribute to the evolution of a strategic unit within the organization.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

More than 8 years of experience in leadership positions within sectors such as mobility, transport, logistics, marketplaces, or business models based on partner networks.

Demonstrable experience building and scaling businesses, channels, or collaboration ecosystems.

Solid negotiation skills and management of complex commercial agreements.

Experience leading teams and projects with high business exposure.

Financial vision and experience working with profitability, efficiency, and growth metrics.

Analytical profile with the ability to transform data into strategic decisions.

Experience managing a business line, operational unit, or responsibility over P&L will be especially valued.

Entrepreneurial experience or participation in projects for the creation and launch of new business initiatives will be positively valued.

Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, with ambiguity and high execution demands. We are looking for a hybrid profile between General Manager, Business Builder, and Partnerships Director, with experience in mobility or logistics, strategic vision, business responsibility, and the ability to build a partner network from scratch that will be key to the company's future growth.
