The role

About Us: Do you want to change the world? That's exactly what we do at Cabify. We work to make cities better places to live, driving more sustainable and efficient mobility that connects passengers and drivers with just the push of a button. Maybe one day cities won't need private cars, but until then... there's a lot to do. Will you join the journey?

🎯 Role Mission: To guarantee the maximum availability and operability of a hybrid fleet oriented towards driver-operated and autonomous vehicle operations, leading end-to-end the operations base, the workshop, and the charging and parking infrastructure, with quality, safety, and efficiency standards typical of an operation in growth and constant technological evolution.

What you'll do

  • Direct and develop the people and teams of the operations base (workshop, charging, cleaning, and parking) by establishing shifts, priorities, and quality standards that sustain the growth of the operation.
  • Lead the integral operation of the base and the workshop, guaranteeing maximum fleet availability and minimizing vehicle downtime.
  • Manage the relationship with external providers for workshops, spare parts, and electrical infrastructure, negotiating conditions and controlling the operating cost per vehicle.
  • Size and plan the construction and operation of the parking and charging infrastructure necessary to accompany the development of the fleet, coordinating with providers and installers.
  • Define and monitor key operational KPIs, implementing processes and standards, and driving continuous improvements.
  • Maintain an active and hands-on presence on the ground, resolving incidents in real time and setting the execution standard for the team.
