The HR Manager will be responsible for:

• Acting as a trusted HR Business Partner for the local management team, providing guidance, support, and the capacity for constructive questioning on people-related matters.
• Supporting workforce planning and resource allocation to ensure the organization has the necessary capabilities, structure, and talent to meet current and future business needs.
• Supporting organizational design, restructuring, integration, and change management initiatives to improve business effectiveness and adapt to changing business needs.
• Providing HR metrics, people analytics, and workforce information to facilitate informed decision-making, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and governance.
• Managing and coordinating all key activities of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, labor relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and exit processes, ensuring a positive employee experience and alignment with business needs and corporate standards.
• Managing matters related to labor relations and ensuring compliance with Spanish labor legislation, social regulations, collective bargaining agreements, internal policies, and ethical standards, minimizing legal and organizational risks.
• Executing or coordinating payroll, benefits, and HR administration activities in close collaboration with external providers.
• Acting as the primary HR point of contact between the Business Unit, divisional HR organizations (DHROs), corporate HR, employees, managers, and external agents. Facilitating the alignment and consistency of HR practices across the different divisions present in the Business Unit.
• Collaborating closely with DHROs to ensure alignment between local business priorities and divisional people strategies, providing local organizational knowledge and workforce-related recommendations.
• Implementing and overseeing corporate and divisional HR policies, programs, projects, and processes throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
• Driving employee engagement, organizational culture, and wellbeing initiatives to foster a positive and high-performance work environment.

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
• Between 8 and 10 years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager.
• Solid experience managing the entire employee lifecycle in sales, marketing, and customer service environments within an industrial company.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish labor legislation, labor relations, and HR practices.
• Experience advising managers on labor relations and organizational matters.
• Demonstrated ability to combine strategic vision with operational execution.
• Experience in complex international organizations with a matrix structure.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR data analytics tools.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
