Industrial Data Manager

Ensure the reliability of industrial and operational data, design and structure the company's reporting system, drive the improvement of key indicators, and lead the definition and automation of processes within the ERP environment (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), contributing to data-driven management and continuous improvement of industrial performance.

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and traceability of data, mainly industrial and from other areas.
• Design and structure the reporting system (production, costs, efficiency, logistics, quality, etc.).
• Automate reports and dashboards.
• Define, review, and improve industrial KPIs (OEE, waste, productivity, lead times, costs).
• Map, review, and optimize industrial processes (equipment and materials) and cross-functional processes.
• Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Actively participate in the migration and implementation of processes in the new ERP or related software.
• Coordinate teams or functional managers in improvement projects.

Garantizar la fiabilidad del dato industrial y operativo, diseñar y estructurar el sistema de reporting de la compañía, impulsar la mejora de indicadores clave y liderar la definición y automatización de procesos en el entorno del ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), contribuyendo a una gestión basada en datos y a la mejora continua del desempeño industrial.

• Asegurar la calidad, coherencia y trazabilidad del dato, principalmente industrial y de otras áreas.
• Diseñar y estructurar el sistema de reporting (producción, costes, eficiencia, logística, calidad, etc.).
• Automatizar informes y cuadros de mando.
• Definir, revisar y mejorar KPIs industriales (OEE, mermas, productividad, plazos, costes).
• Mapear, revisar y optimizar procesos industriales (equipos y materiales) y transversales.
• Identificar ineficiencias y oportunidades de automatización.
• Participar activamente en la migración e implantación de procesos en el nuevo ERP o en SW relacionado.
• Coordinar equipos o responsables funcionales en proyectos de mejora.
