The role

We are looking for a Quality Manager for the Industrial/Manufacturing sector in Almussafes. This key position will focus on ensuring quality standards in engineering and manufacturing processes.

What you'll do

Develop and implement quality processes and standards in the engineering and manufacturing area.
Supervise and analyze existing quality control systems, proposing improvements when necessary.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Perform internal audits and manage external audits related to quality.
Resolve quality-related problems, minimizing the impact on production.
Prepare quality reports and present results to management.
Ensure compliance with regulations and certifications applicable to the Industrial/Manufacturing sector.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Degree in Engineering or similar, preferably in areas related to quality or manufacturing.
Advanced knowledge of quality management systems and regulations applicable to the Industrial/Manufacturing sector.
Ability to lead internal and external audits.
Skill to resolve technical problems and propose practical solutions.
Proficiency in quality analysis tools and report preparation.
