The role

You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements, new facilities, machinery modifications, and industrial investment projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and the technical and economic feasibility of the proposed solutions.

What you'll do

Analyze and optimize existing production processes.
Define and implement new production processes or modifications to existing ones.
Participate in process validation from a food safety and quality perspective.
Lead industrial investment projects (CAPEX).
Define technical specifications for the acquisition of new equipment and facilities.
Participate in supplier selection and evaluation of technological solutions.
Manage the implementation of new production lines, capacity expansions, and automation.
Design and optimize factory layouts to improve material, people, and product flows.
Coordinate the commissioning and validation of new equipment and facilities.
Promote energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

We are looking for professionals exclusively from food sector companies, preferably with experience in complex food processing industries such as dairy, beverages, sauces, ready meals, food ingredients, canned goods... where they have actively participated in the definition, optimization, and industrialization of production processes.

Participation in process modification projects, machinery implementation, capacity expansions, and facility optimization.

Experience in defining and implementing industrial layouts.
