✅ University degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
✅ 2 to 4 years of experience in agile environments as a Scrum Master or actively participating in agile teams.
✅ Practical knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and scaled methodologies like SAFe.
✅ Experience using agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
✅ Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies in a structured and efficient manner.
✅ Experience in identifying and resolving impediments within teams.
✅ Basic knowledge of agile metrics such as velocity, lead time, and other performance indicators.
✅ Advanced communication, facilitation, and conflict management skills.
✅ Ability to positively influence Product Owners, stakeholders, and work teams.
✅ Continuous improvement mindset, servant leadership, and service orientation.
✅ Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to work effectively in changing environments.
✅ B2 level of English for participating in meetings and working with technical documentation.

As a leading company in cybersecurity, we want to strengthen our team with an Agile Scrum Engineer (Intermediate) to participate in strategic projects, driving the adoption, consolidation, and evolution of agile methodologies in multidisciplinary teams within complex technological environments.

💡 What will you do?

• Facilitate the team's agile ceremonies, including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Ensure the correct application of the Scrum framework and promote agile best practices on a daily basis.
• Identify, manage, and remove impediments autonomously to ensure the team meets its objectives.
• Support the team in its agile maturity process, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration dynamics.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, stakeholders, and technical teams to maximize value delivery.
• Support backlog management and iterative planning using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and similar platforms.
• Manage and resolve conflicts within teams, fostering cohesion and the development of collaborative dynamics.
