The role

We are looking for an Architect Specifier who will be responsible for developing relationships with architects, engineering firms, technical studios, and other prescribing agents. You will be in charge of promoting waterproofing, insulation, and rehabilitation solutions, collaborating closely with technical and commercial teams to drive product specification in construction projects.

What you'll do

Develop and strengthen relationships with architects, technical architects, engineering firms, construction companies, and other prescribing agents.
Promote the specification of waterproofing, thermal, and acoustic insulation solutions within construction projects.
Conduct technical visits and commercial presentations to architecture studios, engineering firms, and end clients.
Organize and participate in technical workshops, training sessions, sector events, and professional forums.
Provide technical advice on the most suitable solutions for each project with the support of the technical department.
Collaborate closely with commercial teams to identify and develop business opportunities.
Manage projects with budgets ranging between €25,000 and €1 million.
Record and follow up on all commercial activity using a CRM.
Area of operation: Madrid, Toledo, Guadalajara, Segovia, and Ávila.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or similar.
Previous experience in the specification of materials or solutions for construction.
Knowledge of waterproofing, insulation, building envelopes, or construction products.
Experience working with construction material manufacturers.
Ability to deliver technical presentations and build relationships of trust with architects and engineering firms.
Experience working with CRM (Salesforce is a plus).
Commercial orientation and ability to identify business opportunities.
Availability to travel throughout the Central Zone.
