Product Manager MDD

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, or Project Management positions within the food sector.

• Experience in product management, preferably in MDD
• Previous experience working with Private Label (MDD) clients will be especially valued.

• University degree in Food Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Business Administration (ADE), Marketing, or related fields.

• Advanced English
• High level of English.

An important company in the food sector, specializing in the development and manufacture of pasta for Private Label (MDD), is looking to hire a Product Manager to strengthen its team in Venta de Baños (Palencia).

Reporting to the Commercial and MDD Business Unit Management, you will be responsible for leading product development projects from conception to market launch.

Your main functions will include:

• Managing and coordinating product development projects for Private Label (MDD) clients.
• Leading the launch of new references and the optimization of the existing portfolio within the pasta category.
• Coordinating internal R&D, Quality, Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and Commercial teams to ensure the achievement of set objectives.
• Ensuring the correct monitoring of timings, costs, and requirements established by the client.
• Supervising technical specifications, packaging, labeling, and product documentation.
• Maintaining constant communication with national and international clients throughout the entire development cycle.
• Identifying market trends and innovation opportunities that contribute to the growth of the category.
• Participating in meetings and presentations with strategic clients.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives related to product, processes, and efficiency.

• Hybrid model with 1 day of remote work per week. Professionals residing more than 50 km from Venta de Baños may enjoy 2 days of remote work per week.
