We are looking for a Project Manager for Installations to join the Installations Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of construction projects, covering both the tertiary sector (hotels, offices, shopping centers, etc.) and the private residential sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Comprehensive Project Management: Lead and coordinate all phases of the installations project (HVAC, electricity, plumbing, PCI, telecommunications, etc.) in a CAD and BIM environment, from the initial conception to the final commissioning and handover.
• Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact with the client (architect/developer) to ensure understanding of their needs, manage expectations, report progress, and guarantee the success of the project.
• Planning and Monitoring: Develop and maintain the project schedule, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimized.
• Technical Coordination: Serve as the main liaison between internal and external teams.

• Education: Higher or Technical Engineering (Industrial, Architecture, Technical Architecture) or equivalent degree.
• Minimum Experience: 3 years of demonstrable experience in facility project management positions for construction projects.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in current regulations and experience in the supervision of building installations.
• Valuable: Level of English (B2 or higher), especially for the management of international projects or with foreign clients.

Buscamos un/a Project Manager de Instalaciones para incorporarse en el departamento de Instalaciones. La persona seleccionada será responsable de la gestión integral de proyectos de edificación, abarcando tanto el sector terciario (hoteles, oficinas, centros comerciales, etc.) como el residencial privado.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Gestión Integral del Proyecto: Liderar y coordinar todas las fases del proyecto de instalaciones (HVAC, electricidad, fontanería, PCI, telecomunicaciones, etc.) en un entorno CAD y BIM, desde la concepción inicial hasta la puesta en marcha y entrega final.
• Trato con clientes: Actuar como interlocutor principal y punto de contacto directo con el cliente (arquitecto/promotor) para asegurar la comprensión de sus necesidades, gestionar expectativas, reportar el progreso y garantizar el éxito del proyecto.
• Planificación y Seguimiento: Elaborar y mantener el cronograma del proyecto, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos y la optimización de los recursos.
• Coordinación Técnica: Servir de enlace principal entre equipos internos y externos.

Ingeniería multidisciplinar española, con más de 25 años de experiencia en el sector de la edificación, ofreciendo soluciones técnicas integrales en proyectos de estructuras, instalaciones, certificaciones, sostenibilidad, modelado BIM y asistencia técnica en obra.

Actualmente, la persona se incorporará al Departamento de Instalaciones, con foco Gestión de Proyectos de Instalaciones en edificación terciaria y residencial.

• Formación: Ingeniería Superior o Técnica (Industrial, arquitectura, Arquitectura Técnica) o Grado equivalente.
• Experiencia Mínima: 3 años de experiencia demostrable en posiciones de gestión de proyectos de instalaciones para proyectos de edificación.
• Conocimientos Técnicos: Dominio de normativa vigente y experiencia en supervisión de instalaciones de edificación.
• Valorable: Nivel de Inglés (B2 o superior), especialmente para la gestión de proyectos internacionales o con clientes extranjeros.
