We are looking for a Finance Manager to act as the right hand to the Management and Ownership in all economic and financial aspects of the group. A person with judgment, autonomy, and the ability to build structure without losing closeness to the business and daily operations.

• Define and execute the group's financial strategy.
• Supervise the accounting, consolidation, and financial closing of the various companies.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Implement management control models and dashboards for business monitoring.
• Analyze profitability by business unit, client, activity, and company.
• Management of the finance team.
• Coordinate corporate services related to administration, finance, and people.
• Ensure compliance with legal and tax regulations.
• Optimize financial and corporate processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to guarantee consistency in corporate processes.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and advisors.

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar.
• Solid knowledge in financial management and tax regulations.

• Ability to analyze financial data and make decisions based on them.
• Proficiency in financial management tools and software.
