The role

Billing and Accounts Receivable Administrator - Madrid

Reporting directly to the financial management, they will be in charge of the billing, accounting, and customer administration area.

What you'll do

- Management of collections and unpaid invoices.

- Classification of commercial risk.

- Bank reconciliations.

- Customer accounting.

- Billing (high volume).

Requirements

  • Vocational training or degree.
  • Experience of at least 4 years in a similar position
  • Experience in using ERP Business Central or Navision.
  • Permanent contract.
  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
  • Gross annual salary between €22,000 and €28,000, depending on experience and suitability for the position.
  • Schedule from Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 to 17:00 h, and Friday, from 8:00 to 15:30 h.
  • Summer schedule from 8:00 to 15:30 h.
  • Hybrid modality: possibility to telework 2 days a week after the first 6 months in the company.
