What you'll do

  • Data Strategy Execution: Support the deployment of data strategies across the full lifecycle, from data collection and ingestion to activation and performance measurement. Ensure data flows, integrations, and structures are properly implemented and aligned with business needs, translating strategic inputs into clear operational and technical plans.
  • Data Collection & Structuring: Define and implement data collection frameworks across key touchpoints (web, CRM, media), ensuring data is standardized, governed, and compliant. Work closely with technical teams to maintain data quality, consistency, and usability.
  • CRM Activation & Use Cases (B2C & B2B): Enable data activation within CRM and marketing platforms to support segmentation, personalization, and customer journeys across both B2C and B2B environments. Contribute to the execution of data-driven use cases from validation to scalable rollout.
  • Measurement & Performance: Set up KPI frameworks, tracking systems, and dashboards to monitor performance and ensure consistency across markets. Provide actionable insights to support continuous optimization and data-driven decision-making.
  • Tools & Operational Excellence: Work with data and CRM platforms to ensure effective usage, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve processes. Promote best practices in data operations and activation across teams.
  • Collaboration & Enablement: Collaborate with CRM, CX, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure smooth delivery of data initiatives. Partner with senior stakeholders to align strategy and execution, while supporting markets through hands-on guidance and knowledge sharing.

  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.

  • Background of +3-5 years in data operations, activation, or analytics roles within large, multi-market organizations, preferably in FMCG or other consumer-oriented sectors.
  • Demonstrated practical experience in executing data strategies end-to-end, including data capture, organization, activation, and performance evaluation.
  • Strong knowledge of data capture mechanisms across digital channels (websites, CRM systems, media platforms, and marketing technologies).
  • Hands-on experience leveraging data within CRM and marketing tools to enable segmentation, personalization, and customer journey management across both B2C and B2B contexts.
  • Proven capability to convert high-level data strategies into actionable operational and technical plans.
  • Track record of taking data-driven initiatives from initial proof-of-concept stages through to fully scalable implementation.
  • Good understanding of performance measurement approaches, including KPI definition, dashboard creation, and reporting processes.
  • Effective team collaborator, working alongside data strategy, CRM, CX, media, and technical teams to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Strong attention to detail with a results-oriented mindset, coupled with solid problem-solving and optimization skills.
