What you'll do

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Led the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, engagement, C&B policies, and offboarding.
  • Manage employee relations, being the first and main point of contact to solve employees' enquiries and HR related issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Support change management processes to drive business transformation.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters for all levels of staff.
