• Define and govern the end-to-end monitoring framework covering infrastructure, interfaces and business processes.
• Manage SAP Focused Run, SAP Solution Manager, or equivalent monitoring platforms.
• Lead cross-functional Problem Management initiatives and root cause analysis.
• Identify recurring incidents and drive permanent solutions across operational teams.
• Consolidate and govern SAP RUN KPIs and SLAs.
• Present service performance results to leadership and steering committees.
• Design alerting strategies and escalation procedures for Major Incidents.
• Own and manage the Continuous Service Improvement Plan (CSIP).
• Maintain and prioritise the service improvement backlog.
• Coordinate capacity management activities across Basis, Integration and Functional teams.
• Anticipate performance bottlenecks and rollout-related risks.
• Support post-mortem reviews of major incidents through metrics and trend analysis.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

We are seeking a Governance, Performance & Monitoring leader to become the operational backbone of a SAP RUN organisation. This strategic role will provide visibility, service governance, performance measurement and continuous improvement across the end-to-end SAP landscape.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
