• Reporting to the Business Support Coordinator, responsible for daily and weekly planning.
• Collaborating with internal clients (PMs and other areas) and external clients across the three business lines.
• Managing the provisioning of services and technologies (subscription activations and deactivations, BSS environments, and services).
• Providing support in billing and client reconciliation, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Preparing ad hoc reports with business information (inventories, consumption, client databases, or cards).

• Permanent contract - End client
• 100% remote position
• Option to work from offices in Madrid
• Salary range based on experience: €25,000-€30,000 gross

Education in Computer Science/Telecommunications

Experience in:

• provisioning of 3G, 4G, 5G services
• direct client communication
• ticketing tools
• BSS or CRM tools
• English B1

• Reportando al Coordinador de Soporte a Negocio, responsable de la planificación diaria y semanal.
• Colaborar con clientes internos (PMs y otras áreas) y con clientes externos de las tres líneas de negocio.
• Gestionar el aprovisionamiento de servicios y tecnologías (altas y bajas de suscripciones, entornos BSS y servicios).
• Dar soporte en facturación y conciliación de clientes, asegurando información precisa y en tiempo.
• Elaborar reportes ad hoc con información de negocio (inventarios, consumo, bases de clientes o tarjetas).

• Contrato indefinido - Empresa final
• Posición 100% remota
• Posibilidad de acudir a oficinas en Madrid
• Banda salarial según experiencia: 25.000-30.000€ B.A
