What we're looking for

Training in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Networking, or similar.
2+ years of experience in VoIP / Telecommunications.
Experience in provisioning, support, or engineering of VoIP services.
Knowledge of SIP, RTP, and SDP.
Experience with voice platforms and SBC: Cisco, Broadsoft, Oracle, Huawei.
Basic analysis of SIP traces / SIP debugging.
Handling of geographic coordinates and GIS type tools.

The role

We are looking for a Communications and Network Support Technician with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in ISPs (Movistar, MasOrange, Vodafone, Jazztel, MasMóvil, etc.), to work on the configuration, provisioning, and support of IP telephony and VoIP services.

What you'll do

Technical review and validation of service orders.
Configuration and provisioning of VoIP services.
Review of SIP, traces, and configurations.
Coordination with different technical teams.
Performing tests and service delivery to the customer
