Requirements

What we're looking for

-Professional English (international environment) and fluent Spanish

-IT support to users in a corporate on-site environment for at least 3-4 years: Level 2

-Ticket management via ServiceNow.

-Installation and configuration of equipment, software, and peripherals.

-Management of user onboarding and offboarding.

-Resolution of hardware, software, and access incidents.

Nice to have

-Microsoft 365.

-Active Directory.

-Endpoint management tools.

-Mobile device support. (Intune, SCCM or similar).

-IT asset management.

-Knowledge of ITIL.

-French.

The role

At Cobser Consulting, we are looking for an On-site IT Support Technician to join an international project, providing support to users of a major company with offices in Madrid and collaborating with teams located in different countries

What you'll do

-Be the IT point of contact for users in the Madrid office.

-Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow.

-Provide level 2 support for Windows equipment, corporate applications, peripherals, and connectivity.

-Perform installation, configuration, and replacement of hardware and software.

-Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

-Control IT inventory and assets.

-Prepare technical documentation and support procedures.

-Coordinate with international teams and remote managers.
