Quality and Purchasing Technician

We are looking for a Quality/Purchasing Technician for the Healthcare sector. The position's objective is to ensure the quality of processes and the efficient management of purchasing within the Engineering and Manufacturing department.

• Management of purchases from international suppliers: Requesting quotes, administrative management. For new products, review of technical documentation together with the Responsible Technician.
• Management of transport for orders. Contracting with transport agencies.
• Management of customs procedures. Communication with the Customs Agent.
• Sanitary Product: supervising the processes and procedures of the management system. Carrying out and reviewing quality and environmental records.
• Alerts and post-marketing. Communication with AEMPS and/or manufacturer to establish appropriate measures.
• ISO 9001 and 14001 standards. Preparation of a schedule of tasks carried out by the different departments and supervision of their execution.
• Quarterly ECO-RAEE declaration.

• Permanent contract.

Buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Calidad/Compras para el sector Healthcare. El objetivo del puesto es garantizar la calidad de los procesos y la gestión eficiente de las compras dentro del departamento de Ingeniería y Fabricación.

• Gestión de compras de proveedores internacionales: Solicitud de presupuesto, gestión administrativa. Para productos nuevos revisión de documentación técnica junto con el Técnico Responsable.
• Gestión del transporte de los pedidos. Contratar con agencias de transporte.
• Gestión trámites aduaneros. Comunicación con el Agente Aduanero.
• Producto Sanitario: supervisar los procesos y procedimientos del sistema de gestión. Realizar y revisar los registros de calidad y medioambiente.
• Alertas y Post-comercialización. Comunicación con AEMPS y/o fabricante para establecer las medidas oportunas.
• Normas ISO 9001 y 14001. Elaboración calendario de tareas que realizan los distintos departamentos y supervisión de la ejecución
• Declaración trimestral ECO-RAEE's

• Contrato indefinido.

El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

• Formación relacionada con Ingeniería o Administración.
• Inglés nivel intermedio-alto.
• Conocimientos en gestión de calidad y compras.
• Capacidad para realizar auditorías y análisis de procesos.
• Habilidad para gestionar proveedores y negociar condiciones.
• Conocimientos de herramientas de trazabilidad y sistemas de gestión de calidad.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con otros departamentos.
