The role

The Infrastructure Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and controlling the execution of urban development works, civil engineering, and underground infrastructure, such as sewage networks, potable water supply, electricity and telecommunications lines, etc. They will carry out periodic on-site inspections to ensure compliance with project documentation, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. Likewise, they will identify and report any deviation or incident during execution, proposing solutions and corrective actions.

What you'll do

Supervising and controlling the execution of urban development works, civil engineering, and underground infrastructure: roadways, common areas, access points, sewage networks, supply networks, electricity and telecommunications lines.
Carrying out periodic on-site inspections, ensuring compliance with plans, technical specifications, and applicable regulations.
Identifying and reporting any deviation or issue during the execution of works, proposing solutions and corrective actions.
Coordinating and supervising the work of construction teams, ensuring the correct implementation of methods and established procedures.
Participating in follow-up and coordination meetings with the Senior Construction Manager and other members of the Project Management team.
Documenting and recording the progress of works, generating periodic reports.
