What you'll do

Reporting to the production director, the selected person will perform the following functions:

Perform the startup and shutdown of injection machines, guaranteeing compliance with quality and productivity standards.
Supervise and control the correct functioning of the injection lines during startup and production.
Validate, adjust, and optimize injection parameters.
Program and perform adjustments on robots associated with the injection lines.
Execute basic maintenance tasks for the injection machines and facilities.
Identify technical incidents and apply corrective actions to minimize production deviations.
Coordinate and provide support to the operator team in the injection section.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives oriented towards process optimization and incident reduction.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected person must meet the following requirements:

Previous experience in plastic injection processes.
Knowledge in adjusting injection parameters and resolving production incidents.
Experience with Krauss Maffei, Engel, or Negri Bossi machinery is valued.
Experience in programming and adjusting industrial robots is valued.
Organizational capacity and team coordination skills.
Problem-solving, proactive profile focused on continuous improvement.
Communication and teamwork skills.
Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) from Monday to Friday.
