About the role

We are looking for a Workplace Technician for one of our clients located in Spain

  • Stable project as a Workplace Technician
  • You will be part of a Technology Talent ecosystem

What you'll do

  • Administer and provide support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
  • Manage the device lifecycle using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
  • Implement, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems in corporate environments.
  • Perform software packaging tasks and application deployment.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.
  • Administer and provide support for Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
  • Manage identity synchronization using Azure AD Connect.
  • Configure and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents related to hardware, software, access, and end-user devices.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to improve processes, tools, and workplace services.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation

What we're looking for

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in similar workplace support, endpoint management, or systems administration roles.
  • Advanced English level, both oral and written.
  • Solid experience in:
  • Advanced administration of Windows operating systems.
  • Windows Update and Windows Autopilot.
  • Implementation and support of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
  • Advanced administration of Microsoft Intune.
  • Automation and scripting with PowerShell.
  • Software Packaging and application deployment.
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
