The role
Job Description
As a Senior Manufacturing Manager, you will take on the following challenges:
Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of approximately 100 people.
Ensure compliance with deadlines and objectives in the assigned production areas (sheet metal, painting, assembly, etc.).
Guarantee the quality standards established by the company.
Foster a positive work environment based on continuous improvement.
Resolve operational issues and make agile, effective decisions.
Collaborate with other key areas (maintenance, logistics, HR, etc.).
Promote a people-centered culture, focused on team development and commitment.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams in industrial or production environments.
Proactive, ambitious profile with strong ability to manage under pressure.
Demonstrated skills in communication, leadership, and organization.
Clear focus on quality and process optimization.
Degree in Engineering, Production, or related fields (valued).
Upper-intermediate level of English; fluency in other languages such as French is highly valued.
Availability to work on-site in Palencia or Valladolid.
