What you'll do
Kitchen assistant:
- Follow established procedures for the preparation and presentation of products.
- Control timing and quality in the service of the various stations.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
- Support warehouse management and the reception of goods.
- Specific positions for Dishwasher/Wash Station.
Floor assistant:
- Attend to customers at reception and assist with seating.
- Manage payments via POS.
- Maintain the order and cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing plates and tables.
- Replenishment and maintenance of the beverage and dessert station.
