Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical training (Vocational Training in electromechanics, maintenance, logistics, or similar).
Experience in technical purchasing, warehouse management, or administrative support in industrial environments.
Proficiency in office tools and management software (SAP, ERP, Excel...).
Organized, proactive person with analytical capacity.
Good communication skills and orientation toward the internal customer.

The role

We are looking for a technical-administrative profile with experience in maintenance contract management, spare parts purchasing, and technical warehouse control, to support the maintenance and technical service area for hospitality machinery.

If you are a resourceful person, with technical knowledge and the ability to coordinate resources and materials, this is the place for you.

What you'll do

Management of maintenance contracts for all types of hospitality machinery.
Purchase and replenishment of technical spare parts, ensuring availability according to operational needs.
Stock control in the technical warehouse, inventory updating, and resource optimization.
Invoicing of spare parts and services associated with Technical Service interventions.
Coordination and administrative support for maintenance technicians.
Communication with suppliers for the search, inquiry, and follow-up of technical orders.
Preparation and follow-up of technical and administrative documentation.
