Junior Tax Advisor – International Tax & Global Mobility

• Degree in Law, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of taxation, preferably with exposure to international taxation or mobility.
• High level of Catalan, Spanish and English (C1), the latter being an essential requirement.

• We will especially value having a Master's in Taxation or International Taxation, as well as professional membership or registration in the Registry of Tax Advisory Economists (REAF). Likewise, providing previous experience in advising individual clients or in projects linked to international mobility will be an added value.

At Mur&Partners we offer a Junior Tax Advisor - International Tax & Global Mobility position to join a consultancy specialized in business internationalization, subsidiary management, and international mobility.

The mission of this position will be to assume responsibility for tax advisory within the area's fields of action, maintaining a direct relationship with the client and coordinating cross-border matters with a wide international network of partners.

The selected person will have a specialized training plan in International Taxation and Global Mobility, integrated within their professional career plan, which will allow them to progressively acquire the necessary technical knowledge and assume greater responsibilities within the area.

• Participate in advising on the tax implications derived from the displacement of workers abroad, including aspects such as tax residence, double taxation treaties, the application of the exemption under article 7.p) of the IRPF Law, and exempt excesses.
• Progressively assume the management of processes related to foreign workers displaced to Spain, including the special regime for expatriates (Beckham Law), IRNR and IRPF, as well as the processing of forms 149, 151, and 210.
• Advise individual clients on the tax planning of their assets and investments, covering matters such as IRPF, Wealth Tax, the Temporary Solidarity Tax on Large Fortunes, inheritance and donations, as well as the taxation of capital income.
• Analyze the risks associated with the existence of a Permanent Establishment in international business projects and evaluate their tax implications, including Corporate Tax, IRNR with a permanent establishment, and the application of double taxation treaties.
