The role

Would you like to boost your career in a global energy sector company and contribute to a more sustainable future?

At Negratín, we believe that true impact is born from people's talent, attitude, and energy. We are an international group specializing in energy solutions and technical installations, with more than 500 professionals and a solid track record of over 25 years.

We have participated in more than 4.5 GW of renewable energy projects in Europe, America, and Asia, covering all phases of the life cycle: development, engineering, construction, operation, and maintenance. Additionally, our IPP model allows us to drive and manage our own assets in strategic markets.

Beyond what we do, how we do it defines us: we work with closeness, responsibility, and a strong collaborative culture, convinced that people are the engine that drives every project.

As a Project Environment Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative professional environment, where your work will have a real impact on both the projects and the evolution of the company.

Your mission will be to ensure that all project phases are developed in a responsible and sustainable manner, guaranteeing compliance with applicable environmental regulations, contributing directly to the success and viability of renewable projects, and collaborating closely with Project Managers, IMS managers, technical teams, clients, and external organizations.

What you'll do

  • Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment, OHS, and Sustainability) in all project phases.

  • Prepare, review, and maintain project environmental documentation, guaranteeing its adequacy to legislation, licenses, permits, and client requirements.

  • Coordinate environmental document management, ensuring version control and the correct preparation of the Final Environmental Dossier.

  • Supervise compliance with environmental plans and procedures through periodic inspections on-site and in the field.

  • Manage environmental non-conformities, corrective actions, and their follow-up, both internal and external. Act as the environmental interlocutor for clients, external auditors, contractors, and competent authorities. Coordinate and supervise waste management, promoting the reduction of the project's environmental impact.

  • Lead and develop the project environmental team, fostering a culture of respect for the environment.
