The role

Job Summary
The person occupying the position of Mixed Medical and Pharma Representative must combine both responsibilities, generating both recommendation and prescription among healthcare professionals as well as effective sales in pharmacies within their territory.
As a Medical Representative, they will be responsible for driving, in alignment with regulations and ethical compliance, the recommendation, advocacy, and prescription of our products through the transmission of scientific and ethical information.

Regulatory compliance (the foundation): ensuring that all activities comply with Nestlé policies and the implementation of the WHO Code.

Generation of brand recommendation and advocacy (the goal): promoting the recommendation of Nestlé Infant and Maternal Nutrition products by offering high-quality information and services to all stakeholders: healthcare institutions, healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and medical associations. recommendation against the competition and gain market share. Consider the individual needs of each healthcare professional, different forms of interaction, and guidelines regarding master data management, agenda planning, visit frequency, coverage, surveys, and strategic information collection to support marketing and territory plans. Contribute especially to aspects related to hospital use, recommendation and advocacy by healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, recommendation and prescription data, as well as the execution of scientific activities.

Pharmaceutical training and Nestlé Infant Nutrition representation -
Support pharmacy staff through scientific training sessions that ensure adequate technical and commercial knowledge of the Infant Nutrition category, highlighting the competitive advantages of our products and services.
Collaborate with Medical Representatives and regional healthcare professional interaction managers to maximize the execution of territorial plans. Represent Nestlé at local scientific events and in local pharmaceutical organizations (e.g., Official Colleges of Pharmacists).
Monitor and report all relevant territory activity (Nestlé, competition, and the general market within and outside the Infant Nutrition category).

Sales -
Engage pharmacies in our Optifarma program through proper commercial argumentation, ensuring an optimal assortment, implementing shelf organization, and negotiating point-of-sale (POP) actions, promotions, and digital activations.
Identify and capture new pharmacies with high potential, ensuring the management of the most relevant pharmacies in the territory.
Supervise the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for direct or indirect orders, ensuring coordination between all key stakeholders (customer, customer service, B2B coordinator, wholesaler warehouses, etc.). Ensure compliance with the assigned budget.
