As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will help customers with questions about mobile telephony, internet, and home services.

You provide friendly, solution-oriented support and ensure every customer is well taken care of. Additionally, you identify commercial opportunities and advise customers on products and services that best fit their needs.
