The role

What you'll do

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

Support the Billing Department by designing and executing NetSuite queries to address business and customer requirements
Manage and maintain subscription data, perform basic subscription processing, and ensure data accuracy across billing operations.
Prepare, cleanse, and validate large datasets in Excel for mass uploads into NetSuite.
Produce reports and analyses to support operational and management decision-making.
Act as a key liaison between Finance and other business functions to resolve data and billing-related issues.
Participate in cross-functional finance projects, process improvement initiatives, and system enhancements.
Assist with testing, documentation, and implementation of new finance solutions.
Provide analytical and operational support to the Billing Manager, including KPI reporting and ad hoc analyses.
Contribute to the optimization and automation of billing processes.
Ensure compliance with finance controls, data governance standards, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

Experience: minimum 2 years of experience as business analyst
Languages: Native French Speaker; Good level of English is a plus.
Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Technical Skills
- be confident in handling and formatting data
- Advanced Excel Skills
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.

Hiring process

15-minute introductory call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist.
45 minutes to 1h30 : Interview with the head of the billing department
30 minutes : assessment of technical skills if the candidate is shortlisted
30 to 45 minutes : Interview with the head of the billing department and the Finance Director France.
