As a Floor Housekeeper, you will perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in rooms and common areas, promoting a positive image of the hotel and attending to guest requests and issues.

• Clean and attend to assigned guest rooms in accordance with established standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash, etc.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, minibar items, and guest amenities as needed and/or according to the scheduled frequency.
• Prepare assigned guest rooms according to guests' specific needs and special requests (extra beds, cribs, etc.).
• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping cart daily.
• Report any incidents or maintenance deficiencies detected in guest rooms/common areas during cleaning to the direct supervisor.
• Clean assigned common areas of the hotel and maintain the order and good appearance of the furnishings in those areas.
• Support other housekeeping staff members in cleaning and preparing guest rooms in case of urgency, incidents, or need.
• Apply quality management procedures for cleaning and laundry services.
• Carry out preventive sanitary maintenance tasks.
