What you'll do

Cleaning and setting up rooms according to 5★ hotel standards.
Replenishment of amenities and textiles.
Laundry control and reporting of technical incidents.
Maintenance of order and cleanliness in hallways and service areas.
Occasional guest assistance following the Gran Meliá protocol.
Compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards established by the brand.
